All suites must be guaranteed in order to receive the group rate and to be held for late arrival (past 6 pm). Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival are subject to the first night's room and tax charges. Early departures, prior to 48 hours of the confirmed departure are subject to an additional night's room and tax charges. Cut-off date for reservations is Monday, Sept. 29, 2008.
