Dear Fellow Mathematics Educator,

Welcome to the South Carolina Council of Teachers of Mathematics (SCCTM) website. Our membership includes teachers from all levels, from kindergarten through graduate school, as well as other professionals who work with curriculum and materials for the teaching of mathematics.

We are a professional organization of educators, individually and collectively, dedicated to the improvement of mathematics teaching and learning. Membership benefits include access to SCCTM's professional journal, The MathMate, the SCCTM President's Electronic newsletter, as well as eligibility to apply for grants and scholarships.

One of the prime purposes of SCCTM is to provide opportunities for South Carolina's mathematics educators to update and review their knowledge and skills as well as to network and collaborate with colleagues. Please consider becoming an active participant in SCCTM by volunteering to serve on the Advisory Assembly, by presenting at the Fall Conference, by writing an article for the MathMate, or by serving on a committee.
