Solving Equations

This site is great to use on the smartboard. A small group of students can work together, discuss the problem, and decide what they need to do to solve the equation. There are various levels of equations from one to four. This site will show the students the result of performing the action they decide. It includes solving equations with variables on each side and equations that include fractions. It also gives immediate feedback to let the students know if its correct.
