Please download and review the SCCTM Cancellation/Refund Policy prior to registering for the conference or joining SCCTM. The early Registration deadline is October 15. Prices increase after that date. Payment must be made by October 15 or the late/on-site price will be due.

  • On-site registration opens before the conference on Wednesday, at 4:15 PM. You will be able to pick up your conference materials and badge holder until 6:45 PM.
  • Please bring your conference credentials printed out in order to take advantage of the Fast Track line.

Don’t mail in a form when you pay online.

  • Members rejoining or new members must complete membership registration online before registering for the conference in order to get the member's rate.
  • If you do not join SCCTM, your conference fee will be at the higher non-member rate.
  • If paying by check, please print and mail in the Check and Purchase Order Membership & Conference Registration form for the upcoming Conference.
  • When paying by purchase order for later billing, you may email or mail your purchase order and form providing conference attendee information.

When paying by check or purchase order, please mail in a form in order to have your account credited with your payment and/or to have your district invoiced for payment.

  • Registration Payment Form for Purchase Orders and Mailed in Checks: Mail-in Registration Form (This form may be emailed with a Purchase Order.)
  • Speaker Payment Form for Purchase Orders and Mailed in Checks: Mail-in Speaker Registration Form (This form may be emailed with a Purchase Order.)
  • On Site Registration Form for Purchase Orders, Checks, and Cash: On-Site Registration Form (Page 3 of this form should be turned in onsite with the PO, Check, or Cash.)

Each attendee must register online. Once a check payment or purchase order is received, your account will be credited with the payment and you will be fully registered. When paying by card, the account is automatically credited.

If you are paying or bringing a purchase order to the conference site, please register online prior to getting into the payment line.

Members are eligible for discounted registration fees. If your membership has expired or you wish to join in order to receive discounted conference registration, you must do so prior to completing your online Conference Registration. Attention District Personnel: Do NOT use your personal or school email to register school employees. Each registrant must use his or her own email address for membership and conference registrations. If you wish to pay for invoices for your employees, then you must use the individual's login. Billing address for credit cards must match address given on application, especially from districts and schools.

Registration Codes for Board Members, Pages, Speakers, Volunteers, and Exhibitors

Conference attendees in the following categories need a special code in order to register: Board Members, Volunteers, Ambassadors, Pages, Exhibitor Speakers, Speakers, Keynotes, and Featured Speakers. Please check your email for your registration code.

Page Volunteer Form for University and College Faculty Advisors

SCCTM offers complementary conference registration and a one year SCCTM membership to education majors who volunteer to work as a page for either one morning or afternoon during the conference. Pages must register online as a Volunteer after they have submitted their name and email address to the faculty member organizing pages for the conference at their school. The faculty advisor will provide them with the registration code. Faculty advisors should contact postsecondaryvp@scctmconference.org for the information and forms for pages in order to submit your list to: registration@scctmconference.org in order to obtain the registration code for their pages.
