Friday SCCTM On-Site Conference Lunches Pre-Orders

For those wishing to eat a quick lunch on-site, those lunches must be ordered and paid for in advance by 5:00 PM, October 28, 2026. If a lunch payment is left pending, SCCTM won't be able to order the lunch.

You may pick up your lunch and take it with you into your  midday sessions for a working lunch. There will also be designated empty rooms where you may take your lunch. 

SCCTM must submit the final lunch order to the hotel three weeks in advance, so we cannot add more lunches to the order after the October 28 payment deadline.

Friday, November 20

Grilled Chicken Breast
Roasted peppers, baby spinach, provolone, and pesto aioli on herb focaccia

Vegetarian Choice:
Roasted Portabella Caps
Grilled eggplant planks, fresh mozzarella, sliced tomatoes, and basil pesto spread on rustic ciabatta

Each lunch includes kettle chips, a cookie, and a drink.

Lunch Pickup

Pre-ordered lunches may be picked up at the SCCTM Information Desk between 11:00 AM and 12:30 PM on both Thursday and Friday.
