All exhibitor booth managers must complete the online Vendor Information Application. Please click the link below to complete the Jotform Application form if you haven't done so already. If someone else in your company will complete the form for you, please forward the link to them.

Speakers


All speaker vendors must register as a speaker.


Booth manager registration is included in the booth fee. Booth managers who are also speakers must also register as a speaker. Booth manager speakers will receive a different code. Please email: director@scctmconference.org if you haven't received the booth manager speaker code.


All other  vendor speakers must also register as a speaker and a discount code is needed to register.


All speakers receive a copy of the code by email when their presentation is accepted. They are asked to register as a speaker at that time. (It's not the same code as the booth manager speaker code.)


Once your speakers have registered online, they will receive a link to the Speaker Scheduling Jotform within a few days. They will then make their own choices for the day/time/room for their presentation. Prime spots will go fast, so please have your speakers get registered ASAP.


Once you have paid for your booth, Please contact: DIRECTOR@scctmconference.org to acquire the discount passcode for your speaker to register as a speaker.

Reminder Checklist for Exhibitors


  1.  Be sure that you have completed the Vendor Information Application via the Jotform link: https://form.jotform.com/260155625124147

  2. Have your speakers submit the speaker proposal forms here: https://forms.gle/D7TTYuHcgKbz8Ek68

  3. Booth Managers, please register for your name badge at this link, and please have all of your Exhibit Booth Associates who are not regular speakers register online at this link as well. SCCTM needs names for name badge printing purposes. Booth managers and non-speaker booth associates will all register for name badges using this link. The person making the payment will receive the name badge registration code by email. Please share the code with your booth manager and booth associates. You may share this code with one speaker per booth. (Extra speakers should register, using the link shared below in number 4.)   https://scctm.wildapricot.org/event-6544509 

  4. Remind your extra speakers to register online once their proposal is accepted. They will receive a discount code by email. (All exhibitors will have at least one proposal per booth accepted.   6. If you aren't making payment at this time, an invoice will arrive by email and you should forward it to the person making payment.
